What's New at Yates
New International Squash Court
Over the 2008 winter break, Yates fulfilled the wish of many in the Georgetown squash community by converting one of the racquetball courts to an international squash court. The international court, which is wider than the older American hardball courts, has become the standard throughout the world.
Woodway Treadmill demo
Woodway Treadmill demo - Please try the new Woodway treadmill in the cardio area, and let us know what you think of it compared to our other treadmills.
Woodways are a little more expensive than most other treadmills, but are more energy efficient, and require less maintenance. There is no deck, and the belt is composed of slats. There is much less friction.
The demo model (The Desmo) has a maximum speed of 12.5 MPH.
