Fitness Coordinator
Sara Lewis is the Fitness Coordinator and Personal Trainer at Yates. She began her career in fitness while attending Virginia Tech where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Health Promotion. She has been teaching multiple group exercise formats for over seven years including Core & More, her signature fusion class. Sara’s passion is training and developing group exercise instructors.
Certifications: ACE, ACSM – HFI, AFAA, NSCA – CSCS.
