This program emphasizes fitness through structured workouts that includes stroke instruction. The group meets Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 8:00-9:15pm Sign up will begin Monday, August 24, 2009. To register stop by the Yates main office or call at 202-687-2400.
Maximum number of people is 30.
Cost: $100.00 students/members per semester
$150.00 non-members

Beginning, Wednesday March 18th - April 25th , lanes 1-8 will be closed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4:00-5:30pm for varsity swim team practice. The diving well will remain open during those times.
