Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How will my card be checked at the beginning of classes?

Q: What if I forget or lose my card?
A: Class cards are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
Q: When do class cards expire?
A: Class cards are valid for a full semester. Exact start and end dates are listed on each card.
Q: I ran out of "punches" on my card, the main office is closed, and I want to take class. What do I do?
A: When the main office is closed, the front entry kiosk will sell single class passes only. You may keep your single class pass after it is punched and bring it to the main office during business hours to put it towards a card with more punches.
Q: My friend/colleague forgot his/her card. Can they use a punch on mine?
A: Class passes are non-transferrable.
Q: I could not get to the card sales table during promo week. Where can I get a card and can I still get a discount on the Unlimited card?
