Yoga Inversions// Stress Free Yoga
Are you ready to go heels over head?
Inversions can benefit the body and mind. They stimulate the circulatory, immune, and endocrine systems while increasing concetration and confidence.
Whether you have a seasoned headstand or have never inverted before, this workshop will deepen your understanding of postures like handstand, forearmstand, headstand, and shoulderstand.
All levels, from beginning to advanced, are welcome to join us and go upside down!
