Personal Training
Are you uncertain how to get started with a safe and effective exercise program? Are you falling short of your fitness goals? Do you need motivation in your workouts?
Meet one-on-one with a trained fitness professional to develop a program specifically designed to meet your needs and interests. Let our trainers help maximize your workout time and minimize risk of injury with superior exercise programming and instruction. Sessions are approximately 1 hour in duration. Partner training is available. Please see the registration form link below for session and package options.
Sign up in the Yates main office or print out a member registration form or non-member registration form and fax it back to Attention: Jane V. at 202-687-2405 or mail it to: Yates Field House, Georgetown University, Washington, DC 20057-1125.
Note: Males over 45 years of age and females over 55 years of age are required to have physician's clearance prior to beginning personal training sessions. Completed medical clearance forms can be dropped off at the Yates main office or faxed to Attention: Jane V. at 202-687-2405.
RATE INFORMATION AND CLASS SCHEDULES FOR ALL INSTRUCTION ARE AVAILABLE IN THE PULSE AND IN THE YATES FIELD HOUSE MAIN OFFICE AT 202-687-2400.
Please note! Members MAY NOT bring a guest as a "personal instructor." All private instruction in Yates Field House must go through the appropriate in-house department. We thank you for your cooperation.
